Wageman Company, Inc. cares about our environment and the hazardous waste our industry generates. We maintain our own certified and Fire Marshall-approved paint booth for finishing wood and doors in a safe off-side location. Our paint booth allows us to do high quality finishes in a safe environment that does not disturb your business, employees or customers.

As the owner or builder of a project in California, you can be held liable in the event that hazardous waste prioduced from your project is not disposed of properly. Most painting materials are classified as low-level hazardous waste and cannot be disposed of in city or county landfills or sewage systems.

For this reason, The Wageman Company, Inc. has procedures for the safe disposal of the harzardous waste we generate on your project:

•  Petroleum-based wastes are sent to an energy plant
    where they are safely burned to generate energy.
•  Latex-based wastes are sent to a special manufacturing
    plant where they are incorporated into concrete products
    and materials.
